Brief, aims and outcome: Given a list of key historical dates from the Norman Conquest in 1066 to the Second World War (1939–45) and commissioned to produce large 100cm x 50cm fun, illustrations to be displayed in the school’s central area to re-inforce Key Stage 2 history curriculum.The headteacher suggested Horrible Histories (CBBC TV) as inspiration as smiling at history helps students engage.
